A senior EU public affairs professional with 17+ years of experience in Brussels, Maya has been conducting global and pan-European public affairs and communications campaigns for businesses across the energy, agri-food, transport & tourism and the clean tech sectors. Over the years Maya has advised several global digital technology leaders throughout their decarbonisation journeys, advancing the use of AI for positive climate action; played a key role in advocating for the first advanced EU renewable fuel mandates as well as accompanied a number of US and European agrifood champions in growing and consolidating their European market positions and brand recognition through a successful EU policy engagement. As a leader in some of the most recognised international PA agencies, Maya has been a champion for junior and female talent development. She has completed an executive female leadership programme at Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and two in house senior leadership development programmes in London and New York. Maya is a Bulgarian national, fluent in English, French and Italian.
A dual Spanish and Belgian national, Astrid is an EU public affairs professional with 15 years of experience working in Brussels. She has advised multiple multinationals, as well as cross-sector trade associations and non-profits over her career in several large international consultancies, holding leadership positions. In this context, she has led pan-European advocacy and intel gathering mandates, and coalition building briefs, among other services, with a focus on the energy, tech and agri-food sectors. This included representing the interests and being the eyes and ears of renewable energy producers, packaging and food processing companies, food brand owners and data centre operators, among others. Astrid enjoys coaching and development of young PA professionals as well as volunteering activities for animal organisations. She holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Universidad Cardenal Herrera CEU (Valencia) and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe (Bruges). She is fluent in English, Spanish and French and has a good knowledge of Dutch.

Luc has worked as civil engineer in the Netherlands and thereafter 23 years in the European Commission, where he was Head of Unit in Transport and in Energy and Principal Advisor to the Director General. After that he worked many years in PA for several consultancies. Fields of expertise: energy efficiency, renewable energy, ETS and technology of transport.
Sabine is a recognised expert with 20+ years’ experience in change management, culture transformation, organisational development and leadership enablement. She has led transformation and workforce enablement initiatives across sectors for clients including ICBC-Standard Bank, Goodyear-Dunlop, HSBC, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and Sanofi. She is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, ICF-PCC leadership coach and ORSC-certified team coach. Fields of expertise: change management and change communication, executive and team coaching, culture transformation, leadership development.
Rasmus is a senior advisor with almost two decades of experience in EU funding, innovation and stakeholder engagement in Brussels, including eleven years as Director of the South Denmark European Office. He advises companies, public organisations and knowledge institutions on EU funding strategy, partnerships, project development and engagement with European programmes and initiatives. Fields of expertise: EU funding strategy, EU programmes and project development, partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
Nina’s working experience spans over more than 15 years in the domain of graphic design. As of 2016 Nina works as a freelance senior audiovisual expert for the EU4Youth, EU4Digital, EU Neighbours East, as well as various projects at OSCE. Nina holds a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design from the State Academy of Design and Arts, Kharkiv, and a Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Arts from Hogeschool Gent. Fields of expertise: graphic and video design, motion graphics, multimedia design.
With more than ten years' experience across technology, sustainability and EU policy, Diana helps organisations align communications with business strategy, build trust with key audiences and navigate periods of growth, transformation and heightened public scrutiny. She established and led a global communications function for an international organisation, and previously advised multinationals on sustainability communications and pan-European campaigns. Fields of expertise: executive positioning, stakeholder engagement and organisational narrative.
